    Mrs. Manzo

My name is Stacy Manzo and I have been an Intervention Specialist with Springfield Local Schools for the past 18 years.  This year I moved from the Junior High to Schrop and I'm looking forward to a new adventure.  My husband and I live in Tallmadge with our two kids and a new puppy named Boca.  My son, Mark, is a 4th grader at Munroe and my daughter, Lauren, is a 2nd grader at Dunbar.  I enjoy traveling during the summers with my family, attending my kids' sporting events and running when I get the chance.  All in all, I love teaching in Springfield and I'm excited to work in a new building where I get the opportunity to reach some of the younger students.

    Ms. Villers

Hello.  My name is Lisa Villers and I am a fourth grade Language Arts Teacher at Schrop Intermediate School.  I have worked for Springfield for thirteen years but this is my first year as a classroom teacher.  This new position has proven to be exciting and challenging at the same time.

I graduated from Kent State University in 2009 with a Bachelors Degree in Middle Childhood Education with a Reading Endorsement.

Other than teaching and all the satisfaction received from it, the most important parts of my life are my three wonderful children .. Jeffrey 29, David 25 and Samantha 23.  I love family gatherings and especially family vacations.  I have a black and white Yorkie Poo named George who reminds me daily of his never-ending energy.  Reading, hiking and watching movies are always in my weekly routine.
