School Nutrition
Welcome
The Department of Child Nutrition oversees the development of school menus and all dietary and nutritional considerations for Springfield students.
We also administer the free breakfast and lunch program, where every Springfield student can enjoy breakfast and lunch at no charge. This program is available through the federal Provision 2 program and covers the full cost of serving meals at no charge to the entire district.
