• What is my child’s Student Number?

The Student Number is a unique number assigned by your school district office. It can be found on your child’s report card. It was also sent with the welcome letter introducing Meals Plus and K12 Payment Center. Please contact your school’s office if you do not know what number to use.

What is the maximum amount I can put on my account in one transaction?

$100 per transaction, no matter how many children you have on that account.  This limit is set by K12 Payment Center and not the School District.

How long does it take for the payment to show at my student’s school?

Generally, all lunch payments are applied within 24 hours.

What if I forgot my username or password?

Click on Forgot Login Info? On the K12 Payment Center login screen. Submit your registered e-mail address and they will send you a return e-mail with your information.

What if I can’t remember what e-mail address I used or it is no longer available?

Contact your school district administrator and they will be able to assist you.

When payments are made in the cafeteria, will they appear onLunchPrePay.com ?

When you view the Payment History page, only the payments made through K12 Payment Center are shown. Any payments made in the cafeteria will be shown on the Meal History page for each student.

    Dear Meals Plus Customers,

We wanted to make you aware that we are no longer allowed to manually reset/provide passwords for parent accounts at the K12PaymentCenter. This is a security measure to protect the parent’s account, and a requirement in order for us to remain PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant.

Parents can still reset their passwords by using the “forgot login info” link and having an email generated to them. Also, it became mandatory several months ago for parents to set a security question. Passwords can be reset by answering the security question if they are unable to access the email account they are registered with.

This is the standard response we will be providing:

Thank you for contacting the K12Payment Center,

Please use the "forgot login info?" link (located under the “Sign In Here” section at the top of the home page), to receive an email message with your login information, including password. Or, to reset your password using your security question, click “forgot login info?” and use the link to reset your password there.

If you cannot receive mail at the registered email address, or do not remember the answer to your security question, you will need to open a new account. We do not have access to your password information, and for security reasons, cannot alter the existing password.

Thank you for using the K12PaymentCenter

    Please access us via: https://www.K12PaymentCenter.com

We wanted to make you aware of the reason behind this change, and to ask you to please reiterate that it is for the parent’s account security.
