        This class is an analytical approach to biology using inquiry and cooperative based learning strategies. In this class we will be studying topics of standard biological principles of the science of life, basic chemistry, biochemistry through the evolution of populations and species. The units we will cover throughout this class are Biological Principles, Cells, Genetics, Evolution, and Ecology.
                                                                Projects in This Class
          Case Study: each student will be given a specific species to do research on. This species may be an animal or plant. Students will investigate their assigned species population with regard to how they survive within their population effects their environment and ecological habitat. A research paper of 3 to 5 pages will be required along with a power point presentation that will be presented to the class.
