| Class 1 | School affiliated and support organizations: Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Youth Basketball, Youth Wrestling, Boosters, Parent Groups, etc. |
| Class 2 | Non-school related community groups and Non-profit organizations: Women's Club, Adult Volleyball, Adult Basketball, Police Department, etc. |
| Class 3 | Any activity of a group at which fees/admission are charged for the purpose of making a personal profit. |
