á Kim Urbach asked for $300 for her summer reading
program in Lakemore. Was informed
to ask
again at June meeting if funds still needed.
á Akron Reads – Discussion of possibly paying for
busses for Springfield students to attend the
event in September which is on a Saturday.
á Community Day Update: Jorge reported that $25 was
made. Motion to donate funds to
school
library
fund of school district made by Jorge Rodriques and seconded by Dan Yost. Check presented to Dr. Pecko.
á Jorge Rodrigues, Dan Yost and Rich Honeck to go on
fact finding mission with Bates
Amusements regarding carnival plans for future.
á Discussed a membership drive. We will see if we get
any donations from the flyers in the Book
Distribution. We will form a membership drive
committee if we don't get many general
donations from this.
