How to File a Technology Repair
File repairs using a program called FileMaker. Here's how you can find it:
Finding Filemaker
Open the file in the FileMaker folder called 'Springfield.fp7'.

You use the same username and password that you use to log in to the computer:
Logging into FileMaker

When you are logged in, click on the 'Technology' tab. The technology tab will list all the repairs that have ever been filed in your name. Click the 'Begin Repair Request' button to start a new repair.

When you click 'Submit Repair', you will receive an email confirming that your repair went through. One advantage of filing a repair is that the technician handling your repair is able to send updates to your email.

Be sure to read the emails regarding the repair, because the tech might have a question regarding the problem.
