Test/Quiz Retake Policy
Any student who would like to retake a test or quiz must follow this set of guidelines. (Common Assessments cannot be retaken.)

Students who wish to retake a test or quiz must complete the Retake Form [PDF] available in class. - When completing the form:
- Students must correct every question from the test/quiz to be retaken.
- Students must provide an explanation as to why the problem was not correct.
- Students must explain the type of extra studying that has taken place before retaking the test/quiz.
- Students can only "earn" a maximum grade of 92% on a re-test. (So if you earn a 100% on the re-test, the score you will receive is a 92%)
- *If students would like to come in and sit down with me on their own time (study hall/band time) to go over the questions they missed on the first test I would be more than happy to do that, but they still need to complete the Retake Form.
- Once the Retake Form is complete, I will schedule a time to retake the test/quiz with each student independently.
- I will count the better of the two test grades in progress book.
